Processing and Shipping Times
All of our products are handmade so therefore it may take up to 7 to 10 business days to
receive your order. Most of the time they will ship within
3 to 4 business days.
All of our orders are shipped Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. The
items are shipped from Stonington, Illinois and the Post Office states Priority Mail should
arrive in 2-3 days. We make no guarantees as to when it is delivered as we have no control
over the Post Office. Once the postal service has delivered your package to your address we
are no longer responsible for your package. We will send you a confirmation tracking
number when your order has shipped. You will be able to go to www.usps.com to track
your package.

processed though Paypal. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE!
You may pay by Visa,Mastercard, Discover, or American Express, or you may log into your
Paypal account and pay that way if you like. Debit cards that work like credit cards are
accepted as well and run like a Visa, Mastercard, etc.
Once an order is placed and you receive your confirmation page, your credit card will be
charged the purchase amount and you will receive an email from Paypal as well as an
email confirmation from Poske Designs. If you do not receive these confirmations, your
order did not go through.
Your confirmation page will let you know your order has been received and that we will
email you upon ship date.
Returns and Exchanges
All of our products are 100% guaranteed for up to 90 days from date of purchase against
manufacture defects. If you receive your item and would like to exchange it for a different
item, the item should be returned unused with tags in it's original package. In the event that
you would need to return your item please email or call us with the date you purchased your
item and to let us know what is wrong with the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
